Amazing Grace II - "Living the Dream"

29-Nov-2009 Amazing Grace is an inspirational documentary created in 1993 by the Black Women in Sport Foundation (BWSF), in collaboration with Producer Gary Axelbank.  Narrated by former ESPN Sportscaster Robin Roberts, Amazing Grace chronicled the athletic achievements of several of the top Black women in sports.  From Wimbledon Champion Althea Gibson to Olympic Champions Jackie Joyner Kersee, Wilma Rudolph, “Flo-Jo” and Cheryl Miller,  African American women have done it all in sports.  Over the last 15 years, many Black women in sports have blazed new trails and set higher standards of excellence. We have achieved so much and are now deeply involved in all areas of sports.
